General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that he might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection producing fever, shivering, nose block.
As Novamox is continue, wait for 1-2 days more as now effect of Novamox will start now and now he will feel better.
Give ibuprofen or paracetamol for fever as needed.
Give him plenty of water and keep him well hydrated.
Give light food.
Ok and take care.
