Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Level

hi i m 34,i havr type II daiabetic....my sugar level this time showed fasting 287 and pp 475, it also says a trace of albumin n urine.urine creatine s 59.2 urine protein is 20.9 and estimated protein excertion is 535.... does this mean i havr a kidney disease

I can understand your problem.
You have uncontrolled diabetes mellitus which is reflected in the form of high blood glucose levels besides there is protein in the urine so there is impairment of kidney functions as well which is due to poorly controlled diabetes.
You are advised to consult your doctor for further evaluation and management of uncontrolled diabetes and proteinuria.
