Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Sinus Infection

yes i was just in the er a week ago because my blood pressure was 180 over 95 and they told me my heart was fine and lungs are good i have a sinus infection and was wondering if that can be the cause of my high blood pressure i have never had it till just last tues i also took some nasacort and he siad that might be why to quit taking it could you answer me why my bp would still be kind of high not as high as it was it lflexuate

hi,
High bp and sinus infection is not related. You are nasal steroid it can cause but not this much and less likely a cause of hypertension.
You need to be started on medicine, I usually give tab Telmisartan 40 mg once a day to my patient.
Also avoid salty diet. Also regular exercises and get your lipid profile and sugars tested.
keep track of bp.
