Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Shortness Of Breath

I have had early symtoms of heart failure, caused by years of high blood pressure and atrial fibrillation. In the past several months, I have swelling of the right calf, and the last four days, the shortness of breath has become more labored. Are these signs that the heart failure is becoming worse?

hello, yes it can be becoming worse. please visit your cardiologist as soon as you can. you may be having deep vein thrombosis in you right leg, which would have been causing swelling in your right calf, for which a venous doppler ultrasound has to be done.
