Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Dry Mouth

I am a 24 amphetamine user, I have developed a considerable tolerance and no longer receive the sense of euphoria unless the consumption is either above 60mg or if I have taken a month layoff from using. The normal physical effects I receive at this dose are high blood pressure, extreme dry mouth, muscle tension and extreme cordination, clenching of my jaws and an ease in my ability to breath(I am a pack a day smoker and have been for 6 years now) clarity in thought and focus. Recently I have began IV usage of Methamphetamine. I am uncertain as to the quantity in which I consume but know that I go through a 10 dollar amount in about 2 days to 3 days. My tolerance has rapidly increased and can now only achieve euphoria with a fully rested body and plenty of food and water. Tonight I am writing because I am on the 6th straight day of use during which I have not gotten more than 12 hours of sleep, but, have rested in bed for at least 8 hours everyday and have eaten more than 2000 calories a day. Today I first used at 8 at night, so about 9 hours ago, and have used about 4 times since, each same in quantity and means of use. While at first I noticed the immediate effects of increased energy and blood pressure, I after the 3rd dose, noticed that I lost energy and became tired, I also noticed the side in which I injected began to feel weak and started to tingle. My blood pressure appears to be somewhat low and my heart appears to be having an irregular beat. I have drank and eaten enough the past day and few hours, I have also defecated, and have urinated many times, I do not have a fever, but my stomach is mildly discomforted while relief is noticed shortly after dose. Can any of these symptoms be attributed to atrial fibrillation or in any way indicate my heart has become enlarged?

Hello,

Dry mouth is anti cholinergic side effect of the amphetamine and receptor mediated abnormalities need to be assessed from lab studies in details at molecular levels.

Usually atrial fibrillation does not pause in this manner, but still, physical examination is a must for any evaluation of possible irregular heart beat with EKG and 2 D Echo reports.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
