Suggest Treatment For High BP, Headaches, Neck Pain And Increased Heart Rate

I am a 29 year old female when I was 19 I lost my entire right arm. The past 2-3 years I ve had a major increase in my blood pressure & heart rate, my vision has become increasingly worse. I now wear glasses & my vision is worse in my right eye. I now have horrible headaches nearly everyday to the point my vision becomes blurry. I have horrible neck pain to where it feels like the muscles in my face are constantly being pulled. Depending on what position I m lying in my nose can become completely blocked, the back of my head can go numb. My left arm goes numb & recently my entire right leg has been going numb. I m in physical therapy & had neck xray taken which came back normal but I ve got a large knot on left side of neck & few smaller knots in my muscles on the right side. At times I feel like I m not able to take in a big breath or when my muscles seem the tighest it feels hard to swallow & like my ear will close shut. My balance is horrible I probably fall at least once a week. These are just a few of the odd symptoms I ve been having what are your thoughts on these.
