General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need to consult a physician regarding the problems as an ECG would help to know the activity of the heart along with echocardiography since he has a history of high BP.

It becomes important to rule out any cardiac problems. If nothing significant is found they shall do pulmonary function tests to look for any respiratory problems.

I haven't come across crowns disease. Probably if you are talking about Crohn's disease then you need a follow up with the gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Riyanka Chail, General & Family Physician
