Suggest Treatment For Hernia In Lower Abdomen

I have a small hernia coming out of my belly button, it can be pushed back in but pops right back out. I believe i also have one in my lower abdomen on my right side by my scrotum, can these be repaired at the same time. if so how long would it be before I could go back to work?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Hernia, small or big needs to be corrected by surgery. The procedure done could be herniorrhaphy, hernioplasty or herniotomy and it depends based on the assessment of hernia by clinical examination.
After the operation, it would take about 2 weeks for the wound to heal and you can get back to your routine. Complete recovery might take about 3 months.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for appropriate evaluation and management.
