General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for contacting health care magic.
*Hepatomegaly with fatty infiltrates- your liver is enlarged with deposition of fat in it. For this, no intervention is needed. Keep your body weight in a normal range. Avoid excessive intake of fatty meals and refined sugar as obese patients with fatty liver are at a greater risk of developing diabetes, hypertension & hyperlipidemia. Walk briskly for 30mins a days for 5 days per week. Eat a balanced diet.
*Right renal calculus in lower pole of kidney - lower end of right kidney has a stone inside it. It may cause recurrent urinary tract infection or pain in flank. You need to see urologist for its management.
*Prostatomegaly - Your prostate is enlarged. Prostate is a gland located near the urinary bladder. It's enlargement causes poor urinary stream, urinary frequency, hesitancy, etc. If you are symptomatic, show to urologist. It can be solved by medication.
Thank you.
