Keep your body weight in a normal range. Walk briskly for 30mins a days for 5 days per week. Eat a balanced diet. *Right renal calculus in lower pole of kidney - lower end of right kidney has a stone inside it. It may cause recurrent urinary tract infection or pain in flank. You need to see urologist for its management. *Prostatomegaly - Your prostate is enlarged. Prostate is a gland located near the urinary bladder. It s enlargement causes poor urinary stream, urinary frequency, hesitancy, etc. If you are symptomatic, show to urologist.
