Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids With Smelly Anal Discharge

I have been having heamorrhoid for the past 3years now,recently I have noticed an awful smelling mucous discharge from my anus.I don t want to go for surgery becos I heard it has 50-50 survival rate.please how can I treat this permanently without surgery...Emeka.

You have hemorroid problem that can treated by diet and lifestyle modifications.

Avoid spicy foods and fatty foods.
Drink more water per day.

Avoid excessive straining at toilet time.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower etc. ..
Avoid constipation problem by taking high fiber foods like whole grains, oats ....etc.
Stool softner can use if needed.

Warm water slitz bath is helpful for hemorroid problem.

Maintain proper hygiene around anus region.

Consent a physician for further treatment.
