I have had swelling around the anus periodically for last couple years which I assume are hemorrhoids. I ve applied neosporin and made sure to really keep the area clean. It would go away after a day or so. Of lately it has become more frequent. Maybe once a month. I use the hemorrhoid wipes and it discharges a watery liquid. It s always the exact same spot and it started smelling really gross like rotting or fishy. Since it s the spot do you think it s a wound that won t heal? Thanks
