Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids And Lower Groin Pain

hi, I am a female of 40 and experciening external heomorrhoids and extreme pain on both side of my lower groin. The heomorrhoids have being going in and reappearing, since today the lower groin pain has started. I being to my doctor and was given cream.

* For hemorrhoids
- manage diet to get soft , regular evacuations of stool with high fiber diet,
plenty of liquids
- avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , junk foods
- sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 10 minutes morning,
evening, and specially after passing stools ) help a lot
- local application of lidocaine (5%) jelly gives soothing effect
- bulk forming laxative in case of more amount of constipation
- avoid smoking / alcohol
- surgery in non responsive cases only
* For lower groin pain
- lot many conditions can lead to this
- diagnosis must be done with physical examination , if required ultrasound
examination of the pelvis
- till then can consume tab.tylenol(500)mg morning and evening after
meals
