Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoid Causing Itching Sensation

After having 2 children I have a hemorroid that comes and goes.It has flared up and was painful. I used the last of my foam prescription and then started an OTC. I also used witch hazel.I have no constipation.I have been taking epson salts baths.The hemorroid has shrunk and is no longer painful but itchy now.Last night I developed a few itchy spots on the skin where the buttock sit against each other. Today it is like a small diaper rash in the area.How is this related?Now I have my monthly cycle so airing the area is not an option for a week.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due yeast infection on anal area. Applying ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful for this. You can get this over the counter in brands like daktarin. Sits bath also will be helpful. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area as it can irritate more. You can use saline or warm water for this.
