Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhagic Cyst After Follicular Monitoring

I am 25 years old, married a year ago. trying to conceive from the day 1 but not yet. From 6 months onwards periods are irregular with lower back and stomach pain before and during cycle. So consulted a doctor, had a pelvic scan unfortunately, I have symptoms of PCOD, doctor prescribed me to use folic acid and contaceptive pills for 1 month.but no luck. then for 3 months she adviced me to use Ovaforce and folic acid one tablet a day and from 21st day of cycle naturogest 200 for 5 days.not succedded yet. In the next cycle undergone a follicular monitoring in the 4th scan doctor told it turned as a hemorrhagic cyst. And I want to mention few points. My periods are very regular before. And I had thyroid,FSH,LH,Prolactin,Testostarone, DHEAS,Insulin levels,A.M.H tests.everything is good. And I gained weight 6-7 kgs just before marriage (Lower stomach mainly). And my life style is sedentary. What I have to do to conceive, please give your valuable suggestions.

hi healthcare magic user, first change your life style have a healthy food, exercise daily for 40minutes try to loose some wait. if all reports are fine and still not conceiving please try follicular study with natural planned relations.
some cycles are ovulatory some are anovulatory please relax. if you are under stress it will impact your ovulation.
have a positive attitude you will definitely conceive.
