Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhage Stroke

Hi Doctor, my husband had a haemorrhage stroke recently, about 3 weeks ago. He had EVD for a 5 days as well. He is feeling really good now, but he s got double vision. What is the best we could do? Is there any eyes treatment in such case or we just have to wait? Maybe it will recover itself after some time? What would you recommend? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In a hemorrhagic stroke, usually anti-platelet therapy is started which are the blood thinning agents. Aspirin -Lower dose is a major part of it.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
