Hello Doctor, I am 47 years old, For the past few months i am having my periods twice a month instead of every month. And my flow is heavy. It has been almost three weeks any my period has not stopped yet. I am very worried. I have not gone to see a gynea yet.

Welcome to the HCM,
i read your query carefully. It can be a sign of menopause to rule out any other cause you should go for pelvic ultrasoud. For temporary relief you can take Tranexamic Acid 500mg twice a day for three day.
