Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. As you are going through the process of induced medical abortion, pain and bleeding occur as the uterus contracts to expel the products. This should be done in a few hours and if the bleeding is not arrested, please inform your consultant for further management. Pain relief can be had with simple analgesic and antispasmodic. Hope this helps.
