Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations

Hello, I have noticed a fluttering in my chest. I know what irregular heartbeats feel like but this is something different. It seems to occur between my upper left abdomen and my heart. It almost seems like a whoopee cushion letting out air or a vibration. I have been trying to stop smoking since. Do you have any suggestions? I ve also been light-headed, nauseous, and had head-aches in the top of my head. If you know what is wrong, are there any ways to reverse these occurrences ?

Hello,

Your symptoms can be because of either sever gastric reflux which can cause you nausea and headache for which you should stop smoking and drinking, fried/junk and spicy food and take over the counter available antacids for around 10 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
