Suggest Treatment For Headaches

I have been getting headaches for the last week. Yesterday, it was a migraine but it eventually eased and was just an annoying headache. The headaches are worse at night. Today, I still have a headache, but now I am having pain down my neck on the left side (similar to a stiff neck). I get dizzy occasionally when I stand up. Should I go to my doctor immediately to make sure nothing major is occurring?

hi
If I am in your situation I would rush to my doctor as you are having constant headache with dizziness on standing

in my opinion your doctor should tell you about the exact cause of headache which could be any of the folowing
1. migraine
2. trigeminal Neuralgia
3. vascular headache
4. sinusitis ( sinus infection)

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
