Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Pain Radiating From Neck To Shoulders After Injury

Hi I have a neck problem that started when I had a fall last September and I worked till January, when I fell I landed on my right arm and pushed my shoulder into my neck, I am having issues at C 1 and c5,6 area. I have pain all the time and Head aches, the pain goes down my neck on the right side and goes in the shoulder, both joints on my collar bone, I have tingling alot in my neck and over to to my shoulder and down my arm. I have a problem sleeping due to this. Im not sure what to do next. Harold

First, you should do an X-ray of the cervical spine to evaluate better if there is serious problem or not. If not, then painkillers may help you with the pain but please talk with your doctor for this.
