Suggest Treatment For Headaches/migraines And Vomiting

hi. I am a 39 year old woman, I have had 5 children, and have suffered from intensive headaches / migraines everyday for approximately 14 years. I have had MRI and CAT scans, been to chiropractors, bowen, Osteopaths, acupuncture etc...... And I am constantly swallowing pills for pain every single day. No one can tell me what it may be, and the pain is so severe I end up in a crumpled heap on my bed crying and vomiting. If you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.

If you have a definite diagnosis of 'Migraine'-then,most crucial steps in the management are the elimination of trigger factor for migraine(it may be stress,sunlight,any particular food item,smoking or alcohol) from your lifestyle.Different classes of medicines act against migraine like Tricyclic antidepressants,beta blockers,calcium channel blockers,triptans and anticonvulsants.Please discuss with your physician so that he can put you on medicines which suit you the best.
Please give detailed history to your physician so that he may consider alternative causes of headache also, in case if there is any doubt for migraine.I hope this helps.
