Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of headache, fever and vomiting is characteristic of meningitis.
In addition, meningitis caused neck pain and neck rigidity.
Pain killers and anti-pyretics will control the pain and fever however, definitive treatment is required.
For diagnosis of meningitis, lumbar tap for examination of CSF is required.
CSF has to be examined microscopically and micro biologically to look for evidence of infection and infectious agent.
Thus, consult your paediatrician for clinical assessment and lumbar puncture of examination of CSF.
Once infection is detected, appropriate treatment can be started on basis of type of infection - bacterial, viral or fungal.

Thanks and take care
