Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Upper Back Pain

Hello, I have had several weird symptoms the last 6 months and it seems to be getting worse. I am a 41 year old, healthy, work out 4-5 days a week, non smoker, drink 1-2 drinks a week, track my calories and eat a nongluten, no dairy, low sugar diet. My symptoms are: - I have been gaining at least 1-2lbs every other day - extremely tired sleeping 10-12 hours a night - my eyes are painful, itchy and light sensitive - My upper back is horrible and frequent headaches. - My digestive has also become very inconsistent. - Have been to the doctor for several breast cysts diagnosed (not sure if this is effecting else?) Not sure where to go and who to see for all of this as it is all happening at once and really affecting my daily life. Thank you for any help you may have and I am hoping this is just not age as last year I felt completely different. Lyndi

Hi,

You should get your thyroid profile checked. Your symptoms most probably point towards hypothyroidism. Weight gain, feeling tired, increase in sleeping hours all point out towards thyroid issue. So, definitely go for a thyroid scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
