Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Nausea

Starting this past Friday evening my daughter complained about a bad headache and nausea. The next morning she seemed fine, but didn t eat nor drink much before a 1 1/2 hour basketball workout. Towards the end of that workout she started complaining about the same symptoms. Afterwards she came home and slept for about 3 to 4 hours. To me she also looked pale in the face. Today, day 3, she went to another basketball workout with her AAU team at 2:30pm. She ate a good breakfast, and a good lunch, and had been drinking plenty of fluids since yesterday afternoon. However, towards the end of today s basketball workout the symptoms came back, just not as severe as yesterday. We went to eat this evening and she didn t really have an appetite due to stomach cramping. She is 14 and just started having periods about 5 months ago. As of today, she is on day 5 of this month s period. Wondering if her period may be having something to do with this? I m also thinking maybe she was a slight bit dehydrated and that may have caused these symptoms to begin with. Do you think I m on the right track and I should give it a few more days to see if her symptoms go away, or should I take her to a doctor?
