Hello and welcome to HCM,
Massive headache associated with nausea and
vomiting are suggestive of increased intracranial pressure.
Intracranial pressure is the pressure determined by
cerebrospinal fluid present in between the
meninges or coverings of brain.
High intracranial pressure is characterized by headache, nausea and vomiting.
High intracranial pressure can occur due to excessive production or CSF or blockage to flow of CSF.
Imaging study like
Ct scan is required to know the exact cause of elevated CSF pressure.
High blood pressure can also lead to high blood pressure.
Thus, it is important to monitor the blood pressure and to get a CT scan of the head.
Seeing floaters in front of eye is associated with disorders of eye.
However, it is important to look for any association between head problem and eye problem.
Nonetheless, examination of the eye will be required by an ophthalmologist.
Thanks and take care
