Suggest Treatment For Headache
My partner is overseas in Malaysia and was in a car accident he is in Hospital but now needs to come home New Zealand to have urgent medical care I dont have funds to raise 4,000 NZ$ what do i do please help me he is having terrible headaches that are so unbearable. Please help us.

I do not understand what you have but it seems that your partner may have a concussion. I think that you can try the following things to help:
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
If this does not work, then you need to get checked up by the Doctor. All the best.
