Suggest Treatment For Headache

8 year old female, complaining of headache when she woke and throughout day, vomited at 2pm, still complaining of headache and that her ache is in her eyes, recent rash has occurred on her cheeks that look like little dry patches, fever of 100.1 under arm, very tired and whining in pain

It seems that the girl has a regular viral fever. Because of her age, I would not recommend any medication unless absolutely needed.

Initially, you can manage the child with:
Lots of water
Inhaling steam
And lots of sleep

If this does not help after 2 days, then start her on Calpol syrup at 2ml/kg of her weight till about 15 ml. Give 15 ml twice a day. If the rash does not subside in 1 day after, take her to see a Doctor. All the best and we wish her a quick recovery.
