Suggest Treatment For Headache While Changing Head Positions

I am having sharp headaches when changing head positions. This was aggravated (brought on) by doing yard work of cleaning up beds. On June 8th(following nights of intense rain) probably had BPPV. Dizzy spells on rising. Dizziness stopped but headache (compression) stayed throughout summer. Went to doctor yesterday and started antibiotic. Suspected cause- sinus infections. All blood work, blood pressure normal. Only thing is the sharp headache lasting about 5-10 seconds on changing head positions.

Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having sharp headaches with changing positions. These symptoms indicate primary headaches like migraine or tension headache and requires treatment by the use of analgesic drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
