hi, My name is kerry. lately my partner andrew has been getting extreamly bad head akes straight after sex. it happens about once every 2 months. but the pain is only on the right side of his head and his eye feels like its twiching. then he feels like he is gonna be sick. it's really scaring me cause he rolles all over the bed moning in pain. i think something is really wrong please help me

Headache in male in your age(you didn't mention his age) is mainly due to tension headache and in females its migraine. All you need to visit your physician for tests like blood pressure, or a CT head if he thinks so and then use medicines as he prescribe. Hope for his better health life.
HI Well come to HCM The headache may not be due to the coitus but this could be functional in origin, such headache subsides on its won, no need to treat this condition, such act is just to draw the attention and nothing else, hope this information helps.
