Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dryness In The Eyes

I am a student at university and I find myself feeling extremely washed out in terms of concentration and understanding at the end of the day. My head feels slightly compressed and my eyes feel rather dry, but I wouldn t really classify it as a headache. What can I do to remedy the situation?

Hello!
Thank you for the question on HCM! I understand your concern.
In my opinion the problems you have may be related to fatigue and a kind of lack of energy. I would recommend a full blood work to rule out anemia , as it can cause similar symptoms.
A good nutrition , full of vegetables and vitamins would be very helpful for your body and your brain. And don't forget to drink a lot of water . It is very important for the micro-circulation inside your brain, which help to raise the resistance.
If these advises don't change your situation , a consult with the ophthalmologist would be necessary to exclude vision problems. Sometimes under diagnosed vision problems can cause chronic headache.
Hope to have been of help!
Greetings, Dr. Abaz QUka
