Suggest Treatment For Head Pain And Constant Tinnitus
My son is 19, we live in Ottawa Canada. He has a cholesteatoma and is currently suffering with constant tinnitus, pain and infections. He has seen an ENT surgeon who performs these surgeries in Ottawa. My son is on a wait list for one year. It has become increasingly more difficult for him to function. We are looking into having the surgery done in the US. We have researched laser surgery in Detroit that seems to have better results than more invasive surgery. What would be the recovery period for my son? We will need to drive to Detroit. How long would we need to remain in the city for follow-up visit? What can we expect in terms of costs as this is a major factor for us. I would like to know what is the difference in cost and is it a better way to go with laser surgery for a young man?
