Suggest Treatment For Having Lot Of White Space At Diaphragm Space

my daughter 13 has developed severe respiratory restriction. She undergoing treatment for past six days(Levofloxcin,montair LC, asthalin, omoconil, europhylin). Initially she used to get fever in the evening. her X-ray shows lot of white space at diaphragm space.

Hello,

Usually below the diaphragm is Hypolucent appear as white it is common. Above the diaphragm is lung more lucent or Hyperlucent or darker. It is due to air in the lungs. It is also common. So just post the report, then will discuss the treatment.
