Suggest treatment for hashimoto s thyroiditis

Diagnosed hashimotos three months ago. Started 50 mcg synthroid and 97.5 nature thyroid 1/2 tab daily. Also have major autoimmune things going on and trying to get a diagnosis. Original tsh 4.95. Labs now are tsh 0.05, free t3 3.8, t4 10. Pcp wants to decrease dose. Np I see for wellness says it s perfect don t change a thing. Opinions?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Dosage decreasing is required as your tsh values have gone below normal which means you are heading towards hyperthyroidism from the previous state of hypothyroidism. Also your t3 and t4 and well in range on higher side.
So at this point to avoid you going in hyperthyroidism state and maintain your thyroid profile in normal range, dosage reduction is necessary.
So kindly consult your doctor and follow the advice given for reduction in dose.
Hope this answers your query.
Thank you
