Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump On Tongue

I have a hard lump on the right side of my tongue and is bigger than a pea that I hard and painful when I move my tongue or eat. I went to a doctor a while ago and he said don't worry but now it is bigger than before. But also it has grown and shrunk before too.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a hard and painful lump on the right side of tongue can be a Hematoma or a Mucous cyst..
It can also be a Hemangioma that is formed secondary to vascular malformations..
It can also be due to allergic reaction to some food or medication..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation can be sufficient to diagnose the condition..
In case if there is any confusion Biopsy can help in confirmation..
As of now you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take Ibuprofen for pain relief and also take a soft diet..
Avoid spicy and hard foods.
Take multivitamin supplements..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
