Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall And Thinning
Hello doctor.. U m of 20years and I have a lot of hairfall when I apply oil to my hair...My hair is very thin... I hate my hair... I even have a good diet like fruits eggs and fish but still I have no improvement...Can you please help on this?

One hair sample for microbiology examination can tell if there is fungal infection, apply zinc containing shampoo (prakasha oil can be tried) till result came. Eat healthy food like fruits, juices, steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, basil, antioxidants, multivitamin. Consultation with a skin specialist is recommended.
