Hi, Pimples are very common in your age group, result of pubertal hormonal changes. Nothing to worry of that. Washing face frequently with soap and water will offer some help as it removes the thick oily secretions, thus avoiding blockage of sebaceous glands and pimples formation. In severe cases, there are topical agents and sometimes oral medications which your doctor can prescribe. For hair fall, we have to look for causes like dandruff and micronutrient deficiency and treat accordingly. If you have family history of baldness, this may also indicate its beginning as hair falls mainly from both sides of forehead- in this case, it doesn t require any treatment.
