When I take my percocet and go to bed a pain starts to build on the right side of my groin through out the night it builds so fiercely like I haven t urinated in days . I then have to crawl out of bed to the bathroom .once I urinate ,the pain goes from a ten down to a two

Sounds to be related to obstructive uropathy from possible calculus in the urinary system.

An x-ray of the KUB would be best evaluative tool for the first instance.
