Suggest Treatment For Greenish Discharge During Pregnancy

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? I am 8th Month Pregnant and in Urine Test got 10-12 Pus Cells. I am having greenish discharge and because of that I am keeping tissue paper everytime. Plz suggest if that is safe to use and if there can be any complicacy because of the pus cells.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Presence of pus cells in the urine are indicative of urinary tract infection, and it should be promptly and adequately treated as urinary tract infection can cause intrauterine growth restriction in fetus and preterm labour and delivery.
Greenish vaginal discharge can be due to vaginal infection, which should be examined and treated accordingly to prevent any complication like preterm labour and delivery.
