Suggest Treatment For Greenish Cough, Shortness Of Breath And Asthma

Hi, i am a patients of broncheactasis 35 years old (female) but due to sweat test positive doctor guess it may be cystic fibrosis.sticky heavy greenish cough, broncospasm,short breath ,asthma.azithromycin antibiotic is resistance(pseudomonas auriginosa).now pls.give me the suggestion.

I can understand your concern.
Yes, possibility of cystic fibrosis is more in your case.
And pseudomonas infection is more likely in cystic fibrosis patients.
Best treatment is by giving appropriate effective antibiotic treatment. And for this sensitivity report is needed.
Along with antibiotics, following things are also beneficial in cystic fibrosis patients.
1. Enroll yourself in Pulmonary Rehabilitation center where chest physiotherapy and deep breathing exercises are done.
2. Start inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
3. Get done adult Pulmonary vaccination with pneumococcal and Influenza vaccines to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
