General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Herpes infection is very painful and bumps will occur in cluster.
But i think your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection, hair follicle cyst and vesicle.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist.
Vaginal/clinical examination, vaginal swab test, Blood test for antibodies against herpes virus will help in the diagnosis.
For vaginal infection:
Tablet metronidazole
Vaginal suppository lactobacillus
Apply vagisil cream
For herpes infection: antiviral drug like acyclovir will helpful
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner and keep the area clean and dry
Drink plenty of water and take healthy diet.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you
