Suggest Treatment For Genital Herpes

I experience frequent HSV 2 outbreaks. I am a 29 year old female. Every month before I start my period I have an outbreak. This has been going on for a few years. I do not want to take daily medication. I am a vegan and have been for five years. I have had HSV2 for 10 years. I take a multi vitamin to ensure I am getting all of the necessary nutrients. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I do not exercise due to laziness (I know I should). I am a healthy weight with low body fat. I ve tried echnecina, lysine, garlic, and probiotics.
