Suggest Treatment For Generalised Tickling Sensation

Hi, I suffer from a generalised tickling sensation. It feels like a skin crawling sensation. This has been going on since january 2014. It happens intermittently. Maybe every 5 weeks and lasting for a few days at a time. I have had an MRI and all clear. Neurological exam checked out fine. All bloods also clear. It is very discomforting and wondering have you and ideas?
