Suggest Treatment For Gastrointestinal Disorders

I have a host of GI problems including barretts esophagus, hiatal hernia repair and failure x 2, GERD, extreme generalized abdominal pain, N/V/D/Constipation, IBS, and now an abnormal bacterial overgrowth in the colon. I am concerned about Ca. I have a colonoscopy and a endoscopy at the end of the month, however, with the pain, nausea, and fatigue I am just at my wits end.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of host of GI problems including Barretts esophagus, hiatal hernia repair and failure x 2, GERD, extreme generalized abdominal pain, N/V/D/Constipation, IBS, and now an abnormal bacterial overgrowth in the colon. I am concerned about Ca. I have a colonoscopy and a endoscopy at the end of the month, however, with the pain, nausea, and fatigue I am just at my wits end.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Get a CT and PET scan done.
Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy help in assisting the diagnosis.
If anything is positive on PET scan you can go for further studies regarding biopsy and further management, otherwise continue the medical management as advised by your Doctors.
Since you have multiple problems carry on diet advise as per your Doctor's and Dietitian's advise.
