Suggest Treatment For Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease In Kids

My 3 year old son is probably suffering from GERD. He has a normal eating pattern but after meals he keeps tilting his head from one side to the other and seems like he has trouble keeping his food down this last for a long time. he doesnt vomit and seems to get relief form medicine like gripe water or Bonsian. I saw a doctor who suggested it might be GERD and put him on Mucoline syrup but it doenst make much difference. Could something else cause ethe head tilt. I have changed his food to more fiber base, I do not give him any chocolate not even milk I put him on PediaSure, no oil but olive oil and very little in his food more pureed food. I could use some advice on how to get him on the right track and what to do about his head tilt which is very peculiar as he does it even when he walks as well.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. I just read through your question.
If he is experiencing burning pain in the center of his chest, this could be GERD, as you say. GERD can be treated and his discomfort relieved. I recommend consulting with your doctor so that the correct diagnosis can be made and the appropriate treatment plan implemented.
