Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have already taken medication to control chest pain and heart burn caused by gastritis.
No further medication needs to be taken as of now since the present medication will control these symptoms.
However, the cause for heart burn and gastritis need to be known and its treatment should be instituted.
Gastritis can occur due to infection with H pylori, hyperacidity due to ulcer, hiatus hernia etc.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
Endoscopy will exactly determine the condition of gastric mucosa, identification of any lesion, biopsy if required and thus management.

Thanks and take care
