Suggest Treatment For Gasping,hard Breathing And Cough

I had general anethesia for an arthroscopic knee procedure yesterday, and I woke up from the anesthetic gasping, breathing hard and coughing. Is this normal? I asked the nurse a couple of times, "Did everything go okay?" and she replied, "Yes", but I'm still uneasy.

IF you are not having any difficulty in breathing and cough at present then you need not worry. Things will settle with steam inhalations.
