Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
For how long she is suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? Any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? is she running fever? Any other lymph node swelling in ur body?
Gall stones if asymptomatic need to be observed. for symptomatic gall stones the definitive management is surgical removal of gall bladder which can be done in varieties of ways like open or laproscopic.
the overall fitness of the patient for anesthesia is very crucial in this regard. you should meet your surgeon and he will refer you for anesthesia fitness.
as far as lymph nodes are concerned, i think it need to be investigated . you should meet your doctor for proper management. you may require some tests like FBC LFTs CT abdomen and pelvis.

Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain and avoid fatty foods...
