Hi

Kindly check your blood sugar levels.Frozen shoulder can occur commonly in diabetic patients. You can visit your general practitioner to prescribe blood sugar test and physiotherapy. Physiotherapy can be done meanwhile waiting for an appointment with specialist.

Hope that was helpful.Let me know if i can assist you further.
