Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination During Pregnancy

Hi, I m 37 weeks pregnant and having frequent bowel movements about 5 to 6 times a day, i usually have to go after i have ate something. I am also on iron tabs, but having no problems going for number 2. I just wanted to know if it is normal to go to the loo that many times?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Due to the growing size of the uterus, the uterus puts a lot of pressure on the surrounding organs like the bladder and colon. This causes the woman to have less control over the bladder and bowel movements.

This is normal and shall resolve soon afrer delivery.
