Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Stomach Cramps With Gastroenteritis

I think I had gastroenteritist, I had supper Thurs I had a terrible restless nite urinating frequently, bloating terrible stomach cramps,stomach was hard couldnt touch it for pain, I felt like I had food poisoning but never threw up. Never had an appetite for three days. Feel slightly better now but feel drained, vramps are gone

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of restless night with frequent urination, cramps, severe tenderness, no appetite.
All these things are indicative of infection of the intestinal tract with possibly secondary effects on the urinary tract.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of blood, urine and stool for lab testing.
Clinical evaluation in ER as there can be a serious complication.
Proper antibiotic coverage and symptomatic treatment.
Take care to get a cure now so that recurrence is avoided as well as complications are not allowed.
